The above link is the guide for all the known capsule and boluses. It was created years ago by myself in the old igg version. It was recreated as a google doc once I discovered the original source no longer existed.
I update this as new information becomes available to me. I've even started adding which quests don't give caps in WLRI but my team is still low level so I can't do many quests yet.
Any information you have don't hestitate to tell me. It's greatly appreciated!
